so scared that one day
is not going to be enough to keep
everything intact
will grow out of PROPORTION
and you won’t be able to contain
the enlarging and the shrinking
the silence and the sound
the world
within you, feeling solid but always scarce, will suffocate
the sanity
the sanctimonious crowds will
eventually distort you into an account
a judgement of sorts
an extension, a supplement to this mess
subtle but not satisfactory
aversion of all the others so far
will not suffice
appearances and realities and post-truths posted
will mark your digital grave
and you won’t be liked or repeated anywhere
tangible
a permanent photo pixelized
pertaining to your absence
will hang from the social media gallows
and your only legacy
the words you have dispersed so freely
so recklessly shunned
will amount to all the days unlived
that you have shone brightly
what you have shown
an illusion of existence
so scared one day will not be enough
